Felicia Rivera, LCSW
licensed Clinical social worker
Felicia Rivera, LCSW, is the Clinical Director of Mossy Pine Therapy, LLC. With over 18 years of experience in the mental health field, Felicia offers trauma-informed, client-centered care grounded in compassion, safety, and respect. She created Mossy Pine Therapy as a restorative space where healing is allowed to unfold at each individual’s own pace, and where clients are met with warmth, curiosity, and genuine care.
Felicia integrates a range of evidence-based and holistic therapeutic approaches, thoughtfully tailored to each person’s needs, strengths, and goals. Her work emphasizes resilience, self-connection, and practical tools for navigating life’s challenges. She believes meaningful change grows through trust, collaboration, and honoring the wisdom clients already carry within themselves.
Felicia warmly welcomes individuals seeking hope, healing, and a deeper understanding of themselves, as well as those looking to create lasting, positive change in their lives. Whether someone is beginning therapy for the first time or returning to continue their journey, she strives to offer a supportive, grounded presence and a path forward rooted in possibility.
Adara Bustos, LMSW
Licensed Master social worker
Adara provides compassionate therapeutic support to young and elementary-aged children, adults of all ages, and families. She enjoys guiding clients and families through meaningful life stages—whether it’s helping children express themselves, supporting adults through life transitions, strengthening family relationships, or walking alongside those experiencing grief, loss, aging, and end-of-life challenges.
Adara supports clients in exploring emotions and building coping skills through creative, person-centered approaches that honor the mind–body connection. She draws on play, art, mindfulness, somatic interventions, CBT, and DBT techniques to guide clients, and works with families to strengthen connections. Trauma-informed care, strengths-based strategies, and psychoeducation guide her work.
Adara understands life can feel overwhelming at times. Her goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where children, adults, and families feel supported in processing emotions, building resilience, and working toward meaningful change. She welcomes anyone ready to take a step toward healing to reach out.
